Victoria de la Tunas is a city in central-eastern Cuba. It is the capital of the Las Tunas Province. The municipality of Victoria de las Tunas spans over an area of 4,001 square kilometers and contains the communities of Antonio Machado, Arenas, Caisimu, Cauto del Paso, Cuaba, Curana, Dumanuecos, Jobabo, Manati, Ojo de Agua, Oriente, Palmarito, Playuelas and San Jose de la Plata.

The city of Victoria de las Tunas is located in along the Carretera Central between the cities of Camaguey, Holguin and Bayamo. Cuba, officially the Republic of Cuba, consists of the island of Cuba, the Isle of Youth and adjacent small islands. Cuba is located in the northern Caribbean at the confluence of the Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
